There are a number of Committee positions open for application and we would love for you to apply:
Secretary
Organising the monthly committee meetings and ensuring that we have a venue for each meeting
Compiling and issuing the agenda before each committee meeting
Keeping accurate minutes of all NGIN Committee Meetings
Recording action points arising from committee meetings
Monitoring the NGIN email inbox and ensuring that all urgent messages are flagged with the relevant committee member(s).
Social Media
Working with Brand Lead, drafting posts for social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) and posting them
Ensuring that social media presence is up to date
Running campaigns to promote events, partnerships and key NGIN messages
Coordinate live posting during events.
Members
Maintaining an up to date database of all NGIN members
Work with the committee to keep records up to date by collecting updates at events
Provide analysis on membership profile and event attendance
Represent the interests of the membership base on committee.
Website
Responsible for the design and maintenance of the NGIN website
Establish a framework to have updates made to the website and that all information online is accurate and up to date.
Outreach
Build partnerships with other organisations, e.g. IICF, CII, DiveIn, etc. to profile NGIN in a wide sphere of influence. This does not include insurers/brokers/etc. or other networking groups (picked up elsewhere on committee)
Work with the rest of the relationship team to ensure that members are getting opportunities to be involved with different initiatives.
Events
Manage the NGIN event pipeline working with our Event Sponsors to host events- Create and manage Eventbrite page and email campaign
Secure sponsorship for events and promote the event
Manage the NGIN relationship with the Event Sponsor.
